If in the unlikely event you're not satisfied with your items, then simply return to us in an unused condition within 7 days for an exchange excluding the original postage cost. You are required to pay the postage cost unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Alternatively you may return to the shop if you're local to us in Royston Hertfordshire for an exchange.
Items that are recieved damaged will be refunded or replaced. All we ask is that you email a photograpgh to us so that we can see the damage.
